'Hybrid Technology of Flue Gas Denitrification System in Steam and Hot Water Boilers

SBB ENERGY S.A. received EU co-funding for project titled 'Hybrid Technology of Flue Gas Denitrification System in Steam and Hot Water Boilers'.

The main objective of the project is to elaborate an innovative technology aimed at reducing NOx emissions from boilers, to the level below 150 mg/m3u. It will comprise the hybrid complement of an existing DeNOx systems owned by the company through the development of an innovative solution using the catalytic NOx reduction.

Recommendations to construction and maintenance of the hybrid technology will be developed as a result of the project, including its specific features and functions. Additionally the universal engineering tools for simulating operation of the hybrid system in existing boilers as well as for supporting system's implementation will be created as well.
